Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• After this window, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already processed/shipped.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Request is raised within 3 days of delivery

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (via Razorpay).
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or worn items
• Items without original packaging/tags
• Products damaged due to misuse

5. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
• Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective
